Refund Policy

AMAS Automotive LLC – Mobile Mechanic

At AMAS Automotive LLC, we strive to provide honest, high-quality mobile mechanic services. Because automotive repairs involve labor, parts, and diagnostics, the following refund policy applies to all services.

Diagnostic Fees

All diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
Diagnostic services include testing, inspection, and troubleshooting to determine the cause of a vehicle issue. Payment is required for the technician’s time, tools, and expertise used during the diagnosis.

Labor Charges

Labor fees are non-refundable once work has been completed. By approving a repair or service, the customer authorizes AMAS Automotive LLC to perform the agreed work.

If a repair cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, only the portion of labor not performed may be considered for refund.

Parts

All parts purchased or installed for a repair are non-refundable once installed.

If a part is defective, it will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, not through a refund. AMAS Automotive LLC will assist the customer with the warranty replacement process when applicable.

Customer-Supplied Parts

If a customer chooses to supply their own parts:

  • No warranty is provided on those parts.

  • Labor related to installing customer-supplied parts is non-refundable.

  • AMAS Automotive LLC is not responsible for part failure or incorrect parts provided by the customer.

Deposits

Deposits required for special order parts or large repairs are non-refundable once parts have been ordered.

Service Cancellations

Customers must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to do so may result in a service call fee or cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Commitment

If you believe a repair was performed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will inspect the repair and make reasonable efforts to correct any verified workmanship issues.
