2. Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

AMAS Automotive LLC provides mobile automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance services. Services are performed at customer locations when safe and accessible.

Estimates

All estimates are based on the initial inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing may change if additional problems are discovered during repair.

Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic services requires a deposit fee of $80. Diagnostic charges cover the time, expertise, and equipment required to determine the cause of a vehicle issue. This fee is non-refundable. 

Parts

Customers may choose to:

• Provide their own parts, or

• Have AMAS Automotive LLC source the parts

We are not responsible for failure of customer-supplied parts.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash

• Credit or debit card

• Digital payment platforms

Failure to pay may result in additional fees, legal action, or mechanic’s lien procedures where permitted by law.

Deposits for Major Repairs
Major repairs may require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total labor price. All major repairs must be scheduled on a Friday or Saturday due to labor times. 

Cancellations

Customers must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may result in a service fee if the technician has already been dispatched. 

Late Arrival 

Customers are expected to be available and ready at the scheduled appointment time.

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If the customer is more than 10 minutes late or unavailable at the scheduled location, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

Due to scheduling and travel between appointments, we are unable to guarantee same-day service for significantly late arrivals.

Service Location

Customers must provide a safe and legal location for repairs. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe. We only service Metro Atlanta . Roswell, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Marietta Jonesboro, Morrow, and Fairburn. 

Limitation of Liability

AMAS Automotive LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing vehicle damage

• Failures unrelated to completed repairs

• Issues caused by customer-provided parts
