About the Role

Alex’s Mobile Auto Services is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to ensure every client has a seamless and positive experience. This role focuses on follow-ups, customer satisfaction, retention, and building long-term relationships after services are completed.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or follow-up roles.

  • Experience in the automotive industry or service-based business is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text, chat) and professional demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-up tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software or scheduling systems.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer concerns diplomatically.

Responsibilities-Ready Traits

  • Comfortable reaching out to customers post-service for feedback, follow-ups, and service reminders.

  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and communicate them professionally.

  • Track and document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate with technicians and management to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Optional but Valuable

  • Experience in customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.

  • Familiarity with mobile service or field service operations.

  • Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology to communicate effectively with customers.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
