About the Role

Alex’s Mobile Auto Services is seeking a driven Sales / Fleet Account Manager to grow our business by securing and managing fleet accounts. This role focuses on building relationships with companies, closing service contracts, and generating consistent, recurring revenue.

Requirements

 Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.

  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.

  • Experience working with fleet clients, B2B sales, or automotive services strongly preferred.

Sales & Business Development Skills

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals with business clients.

  • Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for recurring revenue (fleet maintenance contracts).

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to confidently speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.

  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on retention and satisfaction.

Industry Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of automotive services, maintenance schedules, and fleet operations.

  • Ability to explain service packages, pricing, and value to clients.

  • Familiarity with mobile mechanic or field service operations is a plus.

Organizational & Technical Skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and sales tracking software.

  • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple accounts.

  • Ability to track sales metrics, reports, and client activity.

Performance & Results Driven

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Strong follow-up skills to maintain and grow client accounts.

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to meet clients if needed.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Optional but Valuable

  • Existing network in transportation, delivery, or commercial fleet industries.

  • Experience selling maintenance contracts or service agreements.

  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and service bundling.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
